I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, body image, identity formation, life transitions, existential angst, relational challenges, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I support pre-licensed clinicians and I also welcome individuals looking for perinatal support including prenatal, birth processing, postpartum and parenting. My additional training in depth-oriented Sandplay Therapy, yoga, and Ayurveda, informs the holistic framework I bring to my work.
I draw from person-centered, expressive arts, strengths-based and trauma-informed frameworks. I bring a calm, compassionate, creative, heart-centered and non-judgmental approach to my work with clients. I enjoy co-creating space for meaning-making and healing, working through stuck areas together, and developing creative tools for managing life's stressors.
