Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming. Sometimes we cling to what’s familiar, even when it no longer serves us, because it feels like that’s all we know. I will help you release what is weighing you down and move toward what brings you peace, clarity, and connection. You deserve to trust yourself, feel safe in your body, and experience joy again.

I take a warm, compassionate approach to therapy, specializing in PTSD and relationship trauma, disordered eating, and anxiety and depression, particularly during periods of self-discovery and transition. Together, we will process the roots of your trauma, build resilience, and foster healthier connections and lasting change.

I will hold space for you with care while also challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe in finding that sweet spot: where you feel deeply supported but empowered to grow, even when it’s hard. You don’t have to do this alone.
