With over a decade of experience, I specialize in supporting first responders, neurodivergent individuals, and the LGBTQ+ community. I am also deeply committed to providing comprehensive gender-affirming care. My expertise extends to treating sexual dysfunction and supporting survivors of sexual assault. Parallel to this work, I guide clients through the complexities of adoption, from navigating systemic frustrations to processing personal stories.

I use a blend of evidence-based DBT, CBT and psychodynamic frameworks. During session I often utilize my whiteboard to visually demonstrate skills and concepts so that you can learn concrete skills to use between sessions. I tailor each session to the individual, and use a collaborative approach.
