About
Hi there, welcome to my page! Here’s a bit about my approach to counseling: I am a highly relational individual and see the client-counselor relationship as the foundation to all meaningful therapy. I deeply believe that each one of us intrinsically possesses unique value and is deserving of love, respect, and the opportunity to evolve. I believe that my clients, both adults and children, are the experts on themselves. It is my intention to create a non-judgmental space and support my clients as they excavate through the layers that prevent them from accessing their natural intuition, and move in the direction of growth.
I am in the process of becoming a registered play therapist and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have a significant amount of experience working with individuals with ADHD, and strive to create a welcoming environment and approach for both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients.
Navigating the counseling process can certainly be a challenge! If you feel I could be a good fit for you or your child, I welcome you to reach out via phone or email for a free 15 minute consultation. If I am unable to answer, I will get back to you within 48 hours. I hope we’re able to connect soon :)
