Hi there, welcome to my page! I help clients overcome anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional, relational, and executive function challenges so that they can develop tools to create a sustainable and aligned lifestyle, increase self-understanding, and move through challenges with greater confidence and peace. I utilize a trauma informed & neurodiversity affirming lens and specialize in ADHD. I strive to create a safe space for all of my clients and view a strong client-counselor relationship as foundational to meaningful therapy. I believe we all intrinsically possess value and deserve care, respect, and the opportunity to evolve.

I work with individual adults, couples, & children 8+. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and certified in ACT for ADHD. I also am certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Integration. Common client challenges include: ADHD, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, anxiety, OCD, Autism, identity exploration, & relationships.
