Hi there, my name is Emma, and I am here to support you. Life can be messy and challenging for all of us. If you’re healing from the past, trying to minimize stress in the present, looking toward the future, or simply trying to make sense of it all, I am here for you. In our work together, it is my hope that you’ll find a sense of peace, clarity, and balance in your day to day. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to process everything on your plate. Let's work together to find ways for you to feel more relaxed, connected, and attuned to your world.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and deeply rooted in empathy. I work with children (10+), teens, college students, + adults, and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Our work will be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based modalities with the option of expressive therapies to support well-rounded healing.

As your therapist, my goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and feel more at ease in your everyday life. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll work together to find what works best for YOU.
