Authentic connection offers freedom to express our inner worlds, heal open wounds, and make meaning of life experiences. At times, our own personal exhaustion, loneliness, hurt, worry, and fear can contribute to relational distress, inability to cope, and difficulty recognizing our inner strengths. In treatment, I provide opportunities to heal from your wounds and create a space to build, restore, and foster connections with yourself and others. I conceptualize treatment in a holistic way that focuses on treating intergenerational patterns, mind-body connection, cultural and systemic influences, and identity exploration.
As an LMFT with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, I use research-based, trauma-informed approaches (EMDR, IFS, and TF-CBT) to help clients heal attachment wounds, strengthen emotional regulation, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
I know finding an authentic connection with a therapist can feel intimidating. To encourage you to find a good fit, I offer first-time consultations for $30—so you can see if this feels like a place where growth can take root.
