As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for couples, individuals, and families, I have specialized experience and advanced training for healing affairs and relationship trauma, creating deeper emotional connection in relationships, improving communication, and decreasing unhealthy conflict. Additionally, I am skilled in working with adult individuals who want to engage in deeper therapy work to heal from emotional patterns keeping them stuck or alone. I am passionately LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am also a AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Certified Emotionally-Focused Therapy Supervisor, and I am open to taking on supervision cases.

For our entire life, we have a wired-in need to feel secure in our most important relationships. I can help you make sense of the things you do to cope with not feeling secure that may not always work out the way you want them to. Then, we can work together to find new ways of coping that build stronger bonds and bigger feelings of security.
