Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, your body and mind just won’t cooperate? Maybe you’re stuck in cycles of disordered eating, weighed down by anxiety, or feeling disconnected after a big life change like divorce, postpartum loss, or a faith shift. It’s frustrating to look like you’re keeping it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside. The good news—you don’t have to keep doing this alone!
In therapy, I create a space where you can drop the mask and be real. My style is warm, curious, and empowering, but also focused on helping you make real changes. Using EMDR, ACT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems, we’ll work together to build coping skills, reduce stress, and reconnect with the parts of you that are ready for healing!
Over time, you can start to feel more at peace with your body, calmer in your day-to-day life, and more connected in your relationships. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reclaim what’s already yours: a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values.
Sessions are virtual across Utah or in person at our Murray office.
