She incorporates Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help people process and shake off trauma and reframe their story. Trained as an Anusara Inspired yoga instructor she uses yoga as well as qi gong tools to help people release pain and old patterns and reset their nervous system to find healthier alignment.
