If you’re looking for a non-judgmental space to understand why you feel the way you do—and how to move forward—you’re in the right place. I enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences, especially when past trauma, stress, or difficult life events are still impacting your daily life. I became a therapist because I genuinely care about the people I work with and believe that healing and growth are possible. I hope you give yourself a chance to see that things can get better.
I’m especially focused on helping pre-teens, teens, college students, and adults, because these years are when we begin forming patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that can follow us for a lifetime. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity exploration, grief, or the effects of past experiences, you don’t have to do it alone.
As of July 2026 I have immediate openings and offer sessions Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm. Please email to schedule an appointment and I look forward to meeting you!
