I earned my bachelor's and master's in social work with extensive education and focus in mental health and trauma. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma from all stages and walks of life. I have a Christian background and training in Christian Counseling and can utilize aspects of that in sessions if desired.
