Anxiety Management for Young Adults

Target Participants: Young adults aged 24–32 experiencing anxiety related to identity, life transitions, relationships, work, and other areas will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)Group Goals: Increase awareness of how anxiety manifests; practical skills to manage anxiety and regulate emotions Clarify personal values to support confident decision-making.
