As an outpatient clinician, I believe that every person has the internal potential to be the change they want in their lives, it's just a matter of finding the tools and support needed to get there. I am a licensed mental health counselor and have spent the past 10 years working in behavioral health. My goal is to be a part of your journey toward healing, discovery, and growth by creating the safe space to allow for vulnerability and true connection, working together to meet your personal goals for change.
I use an integrative approach in my work with clients, utilizing interventions and techniques from different modalities to meet the unique needs of each person/couple I work with. I believe the most important tool for positive change and growth is a safe therapeutic relationship allowing for vulnerability and connection with a focus on internal strengths.
My goal is to be a partner in your journey toward insight development, healing, and positive change. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the amazing growth I see in individuals and couples in the course of our work in therapy.
