I would love the opportunity to get to know you and help you find your way towards healing and a values driven life. It takes courage to seek out a therapist. I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where people feel heard and supported. I offer individual virtual sessions, with the option of EMDR, to adults located in Madison, Milwaukie, Racine, Green Bay, Kenosha, Appleton, Waukesha, Eau Claire, Oshkosh, Janesville, West Allis, La Crosse, Sheboygan, Wauwatosa, Fond Du Lac, Brookfield, New Berlin, Wausau, Sun Prairie, Greenfield, Manitowoc, Franklin, Fitchburg, Mount Horeb, and anywhere else in Wisconsin.

Along with offering EMDR, I have experience incorporating the perspectives of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Ego States work.
