I am the founder and Clinical Director of the Orchid Center for ADHD and Executive Functioning, with over 15 years of experience in private practice. My previous work has taken me through a variety of settings, including employee assistant programs, community mental health, hospitals, universities, and public schools. I am skilled in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD, as well as other related mood and anxiety disorders. I will work collaboratively with you to identify goals and objectives, and together we will use evidence-based methods to achieve them. With proper diagnosis and intervention, ADHD is treatable!
I work with executive functioning coaches, psychiatrists, teachers, and other professionals. Special interests include ADHD in high school, college, and the workplace; conducting career assessments, job coaching, and developing work-life balance. I enjoy working with individuals during transitional times: high school, college, employment, and parenting.
Working with adults and kids with ADHD to find your strengths is a joy and gift. Though this strength-based approach, we will work to learn new ways of thinking and doing, and help you to build confidence and gain traction in a positive direction in school, home or work.
