I am an APC Mental Health Counselor with specialty training in Addiction, Sexuality, and Trauma. I offer a warm, Person-Centered approach while utilizing a variety of modalities depending on your needs, personality, & preferences. I use Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, & Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to process trauma with my clients.
