You may be high-achieving and capable, which looks good from the outside, but feels exhausting on the inside. You might be doing all the “right” things—working hard, staying busy, holding it together—yet still feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. I work with adults in their 20s and 30s who want more than surface-level coping skills. Together, we slow things down enough to understand why certain patterns exist, not just how to manage them.
My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and mindful - which means we pay attention to past experiences, current relationships, and the nervous system. I also offer EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for clients who want more trauma-focused work. These approaches can help process experiences that feel hard to access through talk therapy alone.
Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, and grounded in real life. We can be serious and reflective, but there’s also room for humor and humanity. Growth can be uncomfortable at times, and we’ll move at a pace that feels intentional—not rushed—so insight leads to meaningful change. We’re in this together, and our focus is understanding—not fixing.
