Welcome and thank you for starting your journey to wellness. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both MA and NH. I have been working in the counseling field since 2009 when I graduated with my Master of Social Work. I have experience in a variety of settings with clients presenting with a variety of issues. Although I have a background in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, MI and SFBT, I am focusing more on work with the flash technique and hope to be trained in EMDR in 2027. My passion is to help those coming back from injury and/or work in the medical field.
I meet you where you are at with a person-centered approach. This means that I make consistent efforts to understand your point of view and integrate that with my knowledge and training. Just because I have met with or learned about other people with similar issues does not mean that I know it from your perspective.
I believe in creating a space where we can have difficult conversations, work on resolving issues and collaborate on treatment that is tailored to your personal needs and experiences.
