As the creator of Good Alchemy, I am passionate about expanding the definition and practice of mental health. My aim is to build meaningful and collaborative partnerships with every client and provide truly holistic treatment. Bringing together theory, technique, and ideas from diverse modalities and philosophies, we meet you where you are. All of our programming is trauma-informed and filtered through an ecological lens, always considering social justice implications so our liberation as individuals is rooted in our undeniable interconnectedness with all beings.
My experience is extensive and varied, and all of my work draws on a dynamic blend of approach. Together, we can address concerns related to depression, anxiety, grief, marriage, parenting, gender, spirituality, and career. I am also a certified yoga teacher and I completed the MAPS psychedelic-assisted therapy training to bring new modalities into our work.
Your healing and growth are central to our process. Your voice is essential to the progress we will make and I will solicit your feedback all along the way. In our partnership, I will draw on evidenced-based interventions infused with a creative, collaborative approach so that our time together feels effective and unique to you.
