Change is a fundamental truth of the healing process. We must learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortable, seek deeper self awareness, and develop security in order to expand. My clients are navigating ordinary life challenges. They crave healing and wholeness, and peace. Along the way, they discover awe, gratitude and find the extraordinary within themselves. They trust there is growth in this liminal space. This is my wheelhouse. I specialize in attachment and relationships and believe they are the foundation of our ability to heal. As we heal our relationship with ourselves, we show up more fully in relationship with others.
I use an integrative approach that weaves together mindfulness, somatic, attachment and relational therapy, parts and inner child work, and expressive arts practices. We meet in a beautiful space, eco outdoor therapy available. Plus! Willa, my therapy dog joins us in session. I serve diverse populations, including the Asian American community and LGBTQ+.
Life's stressors keep us small and distracted, but nothing is as important as your healing. Developing security and the ability to self regulate is the most radical act you can do for yourself, family and community.
