I believe that everyone is the expert of their own story and has the tools for meaningful change. Sometimes, all it takes is a gentle nudge in the right direction, and that's where I step in. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, using different techniques and creative approaches to customize each session. Whether it's focusing on wellness, understanding your thoughts, processing a specific event that has you stuck, or managing symptoms, I'm here to help.
I also understand that our past experiences can deeply impact us long after they’ve ended, often finding homes in our bodies and minds. I approach counseling through a trauma-informed lens, gently untying the knots that these experiences might have left behind.
