For over 30 years I have been working with children, adolescents, adults and families who are struggling with an array of stressors and challenges in their lives. I focus on helping my clients produce measurable changes in their lives and paths to success for healing. As a psychotherapist, I specialize in emerging brain-based research, dual diagnosis and clinical approaches into a comprehensive approach to treatment. I specialize in providing a comprehensive approach to treatment by combining psychotherapy with state of the art brain-based therapy to treat Addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, dual diagnosis and trauma.
Some of the assessments and specialized interventions that I provide include, QEEG assessment, cns vital signs, alpha-stim/CES, AVS, and working memory training. As a Gottman Level ll trained therapist I am able to assist couples address conflict and marital issues.
My goal is to provide a restorative and insight-oriented approach to treating clients struggling with an array of challenges and assist them with feeling successful, decrease their symptoms, and find long term improvement. I provide specific treatment interventions according to the presenting symptoms and diagnosis.
