I help children with anxiety related to finding their identity in their families to achieve confidence and security in who they are. I also work with children who have special needs, including autism, adoption related needs, and parents adjust to a special needs lifestyle.

I utilize a Person-centered approach along with CBT techniques, and I am trained in TF-CBT, theraplay techniques, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy.
