I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over fifteen years of experience in mental health. I work with adolescents, adults, divorced and single parents, and see people of every race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
I offer individual counseling for issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, women's issues, attachment wounds, values clarification, relationship issues, low self-esteem/self-worth, and issues related to divorce/custody. I also offer outdoor therapy as a new service, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional office sessions.
