Hi, I'm Emily! I currently have a short waitlist, but my practice is accepting new clients. I am someone that is dedicated to my work and truly enjoys forming therapeutic relationships with others. I believe the therapist-client relationship is the key to healing in therapy. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I examine the entire system to support clients in realizing how their relationships, habits, and environments can affect their mental health in both negative and positive ways. My goal as your therapist is to guide you towards a more fulfilling and content way of life.
I have been working in the mental health field for the past 10 years. My experience has been in a variety of settings including day treatment, private practice, and residential treatment. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and more.
From a young age, I had an interest in understanding the human brain, the way others function, and hearing their stories. I had my fair share of struggles with my own mental health growing up, leading me to the realization that I could relate well to others going through similar situations.
