As a therapist who centers body liberation, I’m committed to helping you navigate whatever is making your life difficult right now while taking an affirming and social justice approach to your care.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who feel disconnected from and/or are dissatisfied with how they experience their body, emotions, or relationships. I draw from a mix of therapeutic approaches to help foster safety, autonomy, and empowerment as you navigate life and learn to reconnect with yourself and others.
I believe a vital way to foster mental health is to work towards a world where people feel valued and respected.
