Groups
Parenting Group for Moms of Younger Children
This is a group for moms of young children (from age 2 to 12 or so) to discuss challenging parenting issues, process aspects of their experiences of having been parented as children that impact their own parenting, and learn concrete, practical strategies for more effective parenting. Each week we will focus on a different theme related to parenting. This will be an environment for moms to offer each other support, share common experiences, learn from each other and from the group facilitator, increase insight/self-awareness around their emotional experience of parenting, and develop new parenting skills/strategies.
