Welcome! I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families while specializing in treating couples, individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and adjustment to life transitions. With a compassionate approach, I use EFT couples therapy to help couples identify negative patterns that may be pushing their bond further apart. We will tailor an agreed upon plan to work on goals of wellness that fit your unique situation.
I have several years experience counseling adults, couples and children in a variety of settings including community mental health, IHT, school based counseling and private practice. Evidence based practices (CBT, EFT, DBT) are what I use in treatment. I strive to create a warm and respectful atmosphere where we can work together towards goals of wellness.
