I have over 10 years of experience helping adults, teens, & families navigate difficult circumstances. I am AEDP Level 1 certified & hold a certification for Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). In couples work, I utilize my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Level 1, & SYMBIS (for pre-marital) .
