I provide relationally-centered therapy addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, isolation, trauma, shame, identity development and exploration, life transitions, and relational stress/conflict. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, which recognizes you as the expert on your experiences, needs, and desires. I am affirming and experienced in working with people of diverse neurotypes (ADHD/Autism), gender identities, sexual orientations, and relational orientations (i.e. ethical non-monogamy).
I am a generalist, accepting and working with a wide variety of presenting issues. I have particular strengths in working with life transitions, trauma (including heavy combat experiences and first responder experiences), grief, and relational distress.
I recognize the difficult path that often leads to seeking therapy, and know it can be overwhelming to search for a therapist. Please consider the free consultation an opportunity to interview me and ask any questions that you need to assess whether we are a good fit.
