Emily is highly trained in trauma-informed counseling with a focus on helping people rediscover joy. Emily utilizes a unique combination of therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy, and faith-based therapy. Areas of expertise include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, relationships, headaches, chronic pain, sports performance, and more. Training/certification information: Emily has earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville with a specialization in Mental Health. She has completed Level I Internal Family Systems training with the IFS Institute. Emily has also completed the Intermediate level of Somatic Experiencing training with SE International.
