About
Life gets difficult sometimes, and I believe we weren’t created to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey towards overcoming life’s challenges. You can trust me to provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment to process your experiences and figure out how to move forward. Moving forward requires change, and I believe we all have the capacity for change. My aim is to empower you to make the necessary decisions and changes to achieve your goals. That is what our time together is all about – helping you work towards your goals. I believe change and growth are always possible, but never easy.
I utilize CBT, CPT, MI, EMDR, and other trauma-informed modalities to help clients heal from PTSD. I also work with neurotypical partners on navigating and overcoming the communication challenges and feelings of loneliness that often accompany their neurodiverse relationships. If desired, I offer biblical counseling, and financial therapy.
I've worked with many survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, provided financial therapy, and worked at a local psychiatric hospital. Much of my experience has been helping individuals in the midst of crisis, relationship issues, emotional distress, and trauma work towards healing. Give me a call, and we can work together to accomplish the same.
