Life can be hard to navigate when you feel isolated and alone. There may be mornings you wake up and immediately feel the urge to close your eyes again, or nights that become sleepless with endless chatter in your mind. Together we can sort through the noise.
Trusting someone new can be extremely hard. I am here to help guide you and build trust at your own pace. My goal is to create some comfort through what may be some of your most difficult experiences. To build this comfort I love using experiential activities to help individuals express, explore, and play.
