I have completed advanced training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders. I have also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy from an EMDRIA-approved program. I work with a variety of issues, including depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, communication skills, and life transitions.
Therapy is a huge step! My goal is to provide not only a trusted, compassionate presence, but also a sanctuary where you can feel at ease to share anything you need to. I am also offering teletherapy services at this time.
