Do you believe that change can happen? I do. Through our work together, we will uncover your unique strengths and interests, as well as identify unproductive patterns of how you see yourself and how you interact with others. I work with adults, adolescents, and seniors. I have developed my psychotherapy and art therapy practice with additional training in yoga and mindfulness techniques. I co-create unique 50 minute therapeutic sessions to help my clients:
Explore how anxious thoughts are effecting current behaviors and relationships; Process grief, trauma, and feel supported through times of transition; Bring self-awareness to relationship conflicts; Move past feelings of being stuck; Build stronger relationships with yourself and others; Cope with stress at work or school and more.
We each have everything that we need within ourselves to live a happy and fulfilling life. Let's discover your strengths and create a toolbox of practices to take with you throughout your journey. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and go at the pace you feel comfortable. www.nyarttherapy.com
