About
Currently only accepting couples or family clients. I'm a couples & family therapist, supporting individual and relational clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, codependency, grief, identity exploration, and transitions. The therapy process is as unique as the individual and I collaboratively work in helping you achieve the change you want to see. I take a holistic, systemic approach using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and EMDR to understand each client and their context to create a supportive and empowering space to explore together.
I use compassion, curiosity, creativity, and collaboration with my clients to help better understand each part of themselves. Clients often develop a deeper connection to themselves and consequently others when working through difficult challenges. I've seen this bravery have a powerful and positive ripple effect in the lives of many of my clients.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families and couples in various relationship configurations. You can expect a safe and open space where all attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors can be freely explored in a supportive environment. I actively work to support people of all cultures, genders, sexual orientations, social classes, abilities, and ages.
