About
Is there a big weight on your shoulders or a tightness in the chest? Do you consistently have difficulty quieting your inner critic? Do find that your anxiety stops you from doing what you want to do? All of our life experiences shape who we are. We carry memories, past challenges, and formative experiences everywhere we go — it’s what makes us human. But when these pieces of us become intrusive thoughts, fixations, or impulsive behaviors, it is important to take a step back and make the time and space to work toward a more sustainable relationship with these pieces of ourselves.
These are all part of the human experience and an invaluable part of your ‘self’ — I provide an environment for all of my clients to share these parts of themselves, and invite you to do the same. Together we’ll chart a roadmap of self awareness that will help you experience the world in a more balanced, purposeful light.
I work with adolescents, young adults and adults looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and work collaboratively to demonstrate self-compassion, and learn how to tolerate difficult feelings to become the most authentic version of themselves. Let's navigate your life transitions, difficult changes, relationships, internal struggles — together.
