About

As your therapist, I work as an active and genuine listener to support your needs. Whether you seek support through a difficult time or help identifying patterns of functioning that may hinder change, happiness and success, the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to my work and forms the foundation of being able to work together. A good therapeutic fit allows for safe exploration toward change. My goal is to to support you on a path toward feeling and functioning better. I use an integrative approach to therapy including psychodynamic, relational-based, client-centered, attachment and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
I have 17+ years of experience with adults, couples, children and seniors. I offer therapy for issues including relationships, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, depression, mood, family dynamics, life goals / transitions and learning differences. I have special knowledge of adult loss of a stepparent and how learning differences impact families.
Welcoming new patients in Back Bay. Please email or call for an initial phone consult. I will explain the beginning steps and listen to what you are seeking.
