Athletes often come to me seeking help with sport performance, recovering from injury, or balancing the demands of competition and daily life. Whether athlete or non-athlete, my clients share a desire to feel more confident, resilient, and supported as they work toward their goals in life, sport, school, or relationships. I take a collaborative approach that values authenticity, where we can work together as a team to accomplish your therapy goals.
I provide both clinical counseling and mental performance services. My specialties include sport performance, anxiety, stress, confidence, injury recovery, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing on my background as a Division I athlete, longtime swim coach, and advanced training in counseling and sport psychology, I help clients strengthen their “inner edge”
