I work with individuals 16 years and older who need help with issues like: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Relationship Issues, Phobias (OCD), Faith-Based Struggles, Life Transitions and more.
My goal as a therapist is empowering both individuals and couples to make the changes they wish to see in their lives.
I am Certified: Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
