My experience working with clients involves using modalities such as the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Attachment Based Modalities.
I am Certified: Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
