I utilize primarily a person centered approach, where the focus is on your current needs. In using a person centered approach, I also incorporate other interventions and techniques to assist you further in your journey.

I believe that asking for help and giving time to yourself to work through these problems can lead to living a more fulfilled and balanced life.
