I utilize a feminist, anti-oppressive, intersectional, and systemic approach to therapy.
I support folks in the midst of life transitions, grief, challenges, relationships, and identity exploration. I come from a background of community organizing, political activism, and sexuality education, which influences my approach.
I take this work seriously while also bringing humor and laughter into our sessions to connect and build together.
