Therapy provides the space to challenge self defeating beliefs and see oneself more clearly. I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment. My specialties and areas of interest include, helping HSPs and others overcome feelings of shame, depression and anxiety. I'll support you during life transitions and when you're feeling afraid or unfulfilled. And I’ll cheer you on when things are good! My work is to help you to understand your relationships with yourself and with others.

I graduated from a fellowship program in Gestalt psychotherapy. "Gestalt therapy is a client-centered approach to psychotherapy that helps clients focus on the present and understand what is really happening in their lives right now, rather than what they may perceive to be happening, based on past experience."
