I'll support you in your life transitions and when you're feeling afraid or unfulfilled. My work is to help you to understand your relationships with others and with yourself. I want to help you to have compassion for and accept yourself.

I have post graduate training in Gestalt psychotherapy. "Gestalt therapy is a client-centered approach to psychotherapy that helps clients focus on the present and understand what is really happening in their lives right now, rather than what they may perceive to be happening, based on past experience."
