My ideal client is a person (or group) experiencing difficulties understanding and or navigating through their current life situation. They might be a person who needs to learn better problem-solving skills or learn how to conquer inner challenges. Perhaps they need to build better relationship dynamics with those around them. They may be experiencing heightened anxiety, grief, or trauma. They are seeking further understanding of where they are at emotionally and where they go. They may want to explore their thought/feelings/behaviors with an option of using mindfulness and creative outlets to achieve a greater sense of self.
I specialize in Developmental Disorders across the lifespan, ages 3-adult. My DD clients may want to focus on challenges associated with neurodivergence, using a neurodivergent affirming lens, to better help them with social interactions, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, problem, executive functioning, among other challenges life may present.
Life can be about change, resiliency, and overcoming hardship. It is also about evolution. Sometimes, people may get lost in the process and need extra support to see the positives and negatives as an opportunity to build upon that resiliency. I strive to provide that support to my clients in joint participation in their therapeutic journey.
