I work with kids, teens, and parents to understand what’s really going on beneath behavior, especially when big emotions, anxiety, or disconnection take over.
I’m a bit of a neurobiology nerd, so we’ll look at how the brain and nervous system are driving the patterns you’re seeing. When that starts to make sense, things begin to shift in a way that actually lasts.
My goal isn’t just to help things feel better in the moment, but to create more connection, more regulation, and more confidence moving forward.
This work matters, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. There’s room for curiosity, creativity, and real life change.
