I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and I have been practicing social work in the mental health arena since 2019. As a clinical social worker, I was also trained by Dr. Michelle Morrissey to practice Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, through the EMDR International Association. I also have experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory framework methods, mindfulness practices, boundary setting strategies, and more.
I seek to help people reach their goals from a person-centered perspective, utilizing and eclectic approach to the therapeutic session, based on your current presentation and needs. You are the expert in the process; I am just hoping to help you recognize that, as well as to empower you to use your innate abilities to be in charge of your symptomatology.
