I have extensive experience working with clients struggling with the impact of trauma and abuse, as well as anxiety and depression.
I love partnering with my clients, using whatever methods best suit their needs. I have special training in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), an effective treatment for trauma, long term depression, PTSD & more. All methods I use tend to have one thing in common: address the root of the problem, not just the surface symptoms.
