I work most naturally through a feminist & existential lens while knowing there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

In addition to 6+ years of general experience as a counselor, I am currently Level 1 certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am working through Level 2. I also have 4+ years of experience with eating disorder outpatient treatment.
