I specialize in working with relationships - whether romantic, sexual, the relationship you have with your new or growing family, your family of origin, career, friends, or your relationship with yourself. Using a trauma-informed lens, my goal is to prioritize your sense of agency and safety. I hope you'll feel gently led but in control of your process.
